About Speaker
Susan Lee
Susan Lee grew up in the Korean-American church in Chicago and Baltimore as a pastor’s kid. During her years in Boston, where she studied Modern Middle Eastern Studies at Harvard College and theology at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, she eventually became a part of InterVarsity Fellowship. She spent two years in Beirut with InterVarsity serving as staff to Lebanese students and completed her MA in Islamic Studies at the University of Chicago. She is a founder of Ezemiah, a ministry that helps to train Korean diaspora youth to serve in the rural churches of Korea and the under-resourced churches of their local diaspora cities through teaching children God’s Word.
